During the year, we had a total of 9 enthusiastic Scouts and 2 dedicated adult leaders participate in the exciting and enriching experience at Camp Cherokee. This camp is renowned for its beautiful natural surroundings, engaging programs, and opportunities for personal growth and skill development. The Scouts, ranging in age and experience, were eager to immerse themselves in the various activities offered, such as hiking, swimming, and learning essential outdoor skills. The presence of the two adult leaders was invaluable, as they provided guidance, support, and ensured the safety and well-being of all participants throughout the camp. Together, the group fostered a sense of camaraderie and teamwork, creating lasting memories and friendships that extended beyond the campfire stories shared under the stars. This year at Camp Cherokee not only allowed the Scouts to develop their scouting skills but also encouraged them to embrace the values of leadership, responsibility, and community service.
