Eagle Scout is the highest rank attainable in the Scouts BSA program. Only about 4% of scouts that start out as Cubs become an Eagle. As part of the requirements, the scout needs to plan and lead a service project benefitting the community, a religious institution, or school. This is an online plaque of Troop 318 Scouts who have achieved this distinguished honor.
