Caving Trip

November 11-13, 2022

We had a great adventure Caving with 10 Scouts and 5 Adults in attendance. The troop drove up in heavy rain only to arrive after the rain stopped. Temperatures were mild Friday night and Saturday. They did drop in the late afternoon and we saw some snow with a low of 27 degrees. In the cave the temperature is nice at about 55 degrees. Scouts had the great opportunity to do some spelunking but also learned the importance of leave no trace camping. Scouts also, did a Flag retirement ceremony. The trip was a great success and fun was had by all!
