About the event
The NC State Merit Badge University will be held on Saturday, April 7th. It is an all-day opportunity to complete or partially complete a merit badge facilitated by university professors and TA's. The cost is $18 (or $22 for Electronics/Robotics) and includes lunch and a patch.
Mr. Shanahan will be attending and will be driving one of the church buses, accompanied by Mr. Holland so there is room for at least 10 other Scouts. If more than that sign up, we will need help with driving to/from NC State.
Please use the link to the Google Sheet to record the Scout's name and make three choices of merit badges you would like to take (find in the "updates" section on the home page of the website). Please keep in mind that seats in each MB are limited and you may not get your first choice. A complete list of classes and prerequisites are on the second tab of the Sheet.
Also, DO NOT sign up if you are not sure if you can go.. You'll be taking a spot from a Scout from 318 or another Troop who could go. Every seat in every class will be filled by a Scout.
